To complete an intake, the referred individual may call us at 520-308-8137 on one of the following days/times outlined below:
Tuesday’s 10 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Tuesday’s 1 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday’s 10 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Thursday’s 1 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The expected duration for an intake/enrollment is approximately 1 hour.
A member of the Intake Team can attend court hearings for petitioned members who decline to enroll. Please provide us with additional information for coordination.
For individuals who are discharging today, walk-in appointments are available on the following days/times outlined below:
Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
