• Purpose: The Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) provides acute crisis stabilization and Title 36 court-ordered treatment to adults in need of psychiatric intervention in a secured (or locked) facility. Additionally, PHF provides detoxification services for those experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms from alcohol or opiate use. These services include but are not limited to individual/group life skills and client education sessions, medication monitoring, behavior management, psychosocial rehabilitation, and counseling.

 

  • Admission/Readmission Criteria: Individual must be 18 or over & must not be in acute need of medical services that cannot be provided at the PHF. Individual must not be a danger to self or others.
